Demonstrating the Gospel…
This week our staff helped to save sixty-one starving children by packaging and preparing food that will be shipped out through the ministry of Feed My Starving Children.
As I helped carry the boxes of packaged meals into the warehouse, it felt good to do more than just talk about the gospel. It was an opportunity to demonstrate the gospel by tangibly providing food and an open door for those on the ground to share God’s love.
What are some of the ways you and I can demonstrate God’s love today? Is there someone you need to write a note of encouragement to? How about taking a plate of cookies over to a neighbor for no other reason than just being nice! Look for small ways to show God’s love.
